Home Inspection Links
- Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors - This is the state agency that establishes the rules and regulations to ensure the integrity and competence of the licensees.
- ASHI - The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), founded in 1976, is North America’s oldest and largest professional society of home inspectors.

Useful Home Inspection Documents
- Sample Home Inspection Report - This is a sample of a typical home inspection. Not all homes will reveal problems such as those found in this report. This is a sample only. This form is 1,591,985 bytes.
- Standards of Practice & Code of Ethics - These are the minimum standards to which a home inspection is performed. An inspection may be more detailed but must contain the items listed. You are strongly urged to review this document in it's entirety.
- Pre Inspection Agreement - This form must be signed prior to an inspection being performed by AREA, LLC. You may print and fax this form if necessary but it MUST be completed prior to leaving our office for your inspection.
- Sample Inspection Report - This is a sample of one of our inspection reports.
- Frequently Asked Questions - an html document containing some frequently asked questions. Should you wish for AREA, LLC to perform an inspection and you have other questions, feel free to contact us

Appraisal Documents
- Appraisal Request Form - Opens a new window with AREA, LLC's appraisal request form. Should you desire a home inspection and appraisal, we can usually discount one of the prices so give us a call for the best rate before ordering either!
- Partial Commercial Checklist - This checklist should be completed for each property in a commercial appraisals. A new window will open with the form on legal sized paper. For additional properties you should print multiple copies.
Real Estate Documents
- Camp River Lake Rental Agreement - This rental agreement is used to schedule rentals at Camp River Lake on False River. All rentals are handled through River 2 River Properties, LLC.
Professional Licenses
