We are members of the Greater Baton Rouge and Acadian MLS systems. For residential properties and smaller vacant land tracts this is very important. Our rapport with parish assessors and clerk of court personnel assists us in locating and verifying information found in the various MLS systems. These public offices are also a resource for locating potential properties that may not have been listed with a Realtor (which did not go through an MLS). Typically large agricultural tracts are not listed in an MLS system. Other online services and personal contacts with real estate professionals specializing in agricultural properties are used to conduct a thorough market analysis.
